Jesus is the reason for the season! While we might not go to church (which is something we both cringe about... we're sorry, Olivia!), we still feel that it is important to stress the true meaning of the religious holidays. So up the nativity scenes go each year... one day perhaps we'll go to church!
Speaking of scenes... here is the one from under the tree, pre-Olivia waking up!
She could not believe her eyes... there was the PINK CAR!
Is it mine, all mine? (For now, yes!)
She quickly moved on to the cookies and milk... which she was much more fascinated with! They were gone!!!
Then it was back to the car!
Time to head outside and take it for its first spin!
After a cruise down the street to Uncle Greg's and Aunt Danielle's, we went back inside to unwrap the rest of the goodies!
She just loves purses; she's already walkin' in her mama's footsteps! Mama can't wait to introduce her to the beauty of Coach when she's older! LOL!
She loves to iron! But don't worry, she is quite well-rounded and loves cars, too! (In fact, next year she wants Santa to bring her a race car. Or an airplane. We kid you not!)
Just like daddy! Her very own camera!
Mommy loves the mess of Christmas morning!
After a fun-filled morning, we welcomed Papa, Gigi, the Brysons, and all the Elgans to our home for Christmas dinner! It was a bit crazy (we need a bigger house! LOL!), but we loved having both sides of our extended family under the same roof to celebrate such a special day! We love you all!
Merry Christmas, beautiful Olivia! We're glad you experienced so much happiness on this wonderful day!
And to think, next year there'll be two precious little girls filling our home with joy and laughter! We are so very blessed!
