January brought snow to our local mountains, and lots of it! Chains were required on most mountain roads, and after one failed attempt to get Olivia up to the nearby white wonderland, we finally made it to Oak Glen, where the snow was plentiful and the roads were clear!
January 22: On our way to get some yummy Mexican drive-through, we were in awe of the snowy scenery right in our own backyard!
January 24: Oak Glen, here we come!
We made snowballs...
met some resident Oak Glen snowmen...
did some sliding...
and some climbing...
and of course, some smiling!
Olivia and Daddy made a snowman...
and O lived up to what we already knew... she's an angel!

After a morning of play and the purchase of an apple pie to take home (YUM!), we got a thumbs up while she got on some dry clothes!
