After a blissful two hour morning nap, Olivia awoke refreshed and ready to do business. She did not fret when riding up to Grammie K's, but rather "sung" along with the music on the radio and conversed to the best of her eight month old ability. Upon arriving, she posed for pictures with her cousins and great grandpa Ray, and then spent the remainder of the afternoon entertaining the crowd, exploring Grammie's new and improved playroom with cousins Hailey and Taylor,

Upon arriving, she posed for pictures with her cousins and great grandpa Ray, and then spent the remainder of the afternoon entertaining the crowd, exploring Grammie's new and improved playroom with cousins Hailey and Taylor,
watching some football, and tasting some traditional Thanksgiving fare - in the form of mashed potatoes - which we must add did not delight her palate.
After settling for some Gerber peas, she changed into more casual clothing, rolled around on the floor for a bit, and then nestled into her car seat for the ride home. Her first Thanksgiving was quite a hit in her book, and in ours...in case anyone was wondering, Daniel and Emily had a good time, too...afterall, how could you not with an angel like O around?! :)
Wait a minute...angel, did someone say angel??? Is it Christmas already?! We can smell the scent of cinnamon and pine in the air, and hear chatter from the garage saying, "Let us out, let us out!" Is that Charlie Brown, Snoopy, Lucy, and the rest of the "Peanuts" bunch??? We think so...it is time! :)
